This is Pegleg’s  original gourmet salsa recipe, exploiting the best of beer, mixed with black beans and a unique blend of spices.  When added to the fresh produce and simmered to perfection on the hob at just the perfect temperature, it’s then cooled to preserve every ounce of flavor and so, an amazing salsa flavor was created.. Oh, so sublime!
