Pegleg outdid himself on this one, creating a tart sweet flavor with just a touch of spice.  The exclusive blend of Brandy and a whole lot of cherries are added to the fresh produce.  They are simmered on the hob to just the right temperature, then cooled to preserve the unique flavor. Aye, blimey, this is a splendid gourmet salsa.
